3.

I woke up this morning with the following question
on my formspring:

What's the most unselfish thing you've ever done?

And to be honest, I have no idea.
So I decided, "Well, I'll just make someone very happy today I guess."
I got out my bike and I headed for Publix
in the scorching heat with 5 dollars worth of quarters in my pocket.
When I got to Publix I realized my bike lock had been rusted shut and
it took me a good 10 minutes to get the damn thing to stay on the fucking bar.
I went inside and searched down all of the aisles until I found the
Lunchables. I got 2 of them. 1 Pepperoni Pizza and 1 Cheese Pizza.

After Publix I had to get to the downtown plaza, and I don't drive,
and I certainly don't know directions but I had to give it my best shot.
I rode through a small neighborhood that kinda looked familiar and
hoped to god I wouldn't end up at the Thomas Center,
because once I'm at the Thomas Center
I have NO IDEA where anything is...Guess where I ended up?

I spent a good 40 minutes in the blistering heat circling around,
almost getting hit by cars and such,
when I saw a big busy street.
I followed the long stretch of sidewalk in front of me
and I eventually ended up where I needed to be.
I parked my bike outside of my moms office building and I ran
upstairs to the bathroom to clean myself up and put on make up.

When I was presentable I went upstairs and got the family quilt from my mother.
It's huge and made of lots of different fabrics and just perfect for my little surprise.
I called my best friend Cary and told him that after he got off of work,
to meet me at my moms job.

When he met me downstairs I yelled "WE'RE GOING ON A PICNIC!!"
I took him to the 4th floor of the parking garage
(because it looked like it was going to rain outside)
and we had ourselves the cutest lil' picnic you could ever imagine.

When it was time for us to go we went to our favorite little pocket park
and sat under the little roof thing.
We were sitting and talking when it started to rain REALLY REALLY HARD!
We snuggled up under the quilt and watched as the rain flooded the entire park.

I know that this isn't written in a poetic fashion
or anything, but I just had to Jot down my day
day I had before I went to sleep and forgot about it.

-Sigh- I had a really REALLY good day today.
Thanks for listening

P.S. I'm a dumbass and I fucked up my ankle trying to get in my bunk bed so
now I'm all bandaged up until the swelling goes down.
